In her role as Executive Director, Robin oversees the strategic planning of the financial, marketing and human resource components of RHS. Prior to her current position, Robin worked as an embryologist for 17 years, and has been with RHS since its inception in 2000, first as Laboratory Manager and later as Director of Operations. Her experience overseeing the RHS lab has given her insight into the importance of constantly monitoring the newest developments in assisted reproductive technologies in order to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Robin is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) as well as the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) where she also holds certification as a technical supervisor in the disciplines of embryology and andrology. Robin received her Master's Degree in Management and Technology from Carlow University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Saint Vincent College.
