Carolyn J. Kubik, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Kubik was the first woman to serve as Administrative Chief Resident of the OB/GYN Residency Program (1981-82) at Magee-Womens Hospital, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), where she later served as Medical Director of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Program (1986-91) and Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology (1997-2000). She also spent time as a Major and a staff Obstetrician/Gynecologist at the United States Air Force Hospital at Dover in the Air Force. She has been an active member of the Pittsburgh academic and research community over the past twenty years, but is currently devoted to clinical activities, acting as a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. As Medical Director at RHS, Dr. Kubik oversees aspects of quality assurance and patient care and education. Dr. Kubik holds current board certification in both OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), and is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists. Dr. Kubik received her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., completed her residency training in OB/GYN and her fellowship training in REI both at Magee-Womens Hospital, UPMC.
