High Success Rates

One of the most confusing issues related to reproductive technology is the interpretation of success rates. This confusion stems from the fact that success rates vary depending upon the reason for infertility and the ages of patients being treated for infertility issues.

Another area of potential confusion is the way the pregnancy rate is reported. For example, pregnancy rates can be reported by cycle, by patient or by procedure, all of which give different results.

A comparison of fertility center success rates may not be meaningful because patient medical characteristics, treatment approaches and entrance criteria for ART may vary from clinic to clinic.

Our Success Rates

For Reproductive Health Specialists’ most recent validated live birth rates, please review the Center for Disease Control's (CDC) Assisted Reproductive Technology National Summary or the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology's (SART) online clinic summary report.

The following statistics are reported according to patient age.

Note: Ongoing pregnancy is defined as any patient that has been released from our practice for obstetrical care. Data is inclusive of patients undergoing IVF and/or ICSI. Donor Egg Cycles are not reflected in this chart. “n” refers to the total number of patients who had embryo transfers during a given time frame.
