Egg Donation: How to Become an Egg Donor

If you're a healthy female between the ages of 21 and 32, your participation in this egg donation program may allow an infertile woman to experience the joy of becoming a parent.

Some women are unable to achieve pregnancy with their own eggs for reasons such as premature ovarian failure, decreased ovarian reserve and poor egg quality. Donor eggs from young, healthy women may increase chances of pregnancy. Egg donors are usually anonymous and are paid an honorarium for their time commitment.

If you meet the general criteria mentioned above, a more detailed questionnaire will need to be completed and some minor laboratory testing performed. A full explanation of all steps and procedures will be reviewed during your interview.
